The author of the poem Jane Taylor was born in the year 1783.  She was an English poet and novelist. The most famous piece of her writing was ‘twinkle twinkle little star’.  But the poem has always remained uncredited. The first stanza of the poem got fame but the rest of the poem was left unnoticed.

With this poem, children had learned a lot and now there are many versions of the poem available with animations, and different music and by different singers. This poem has ruled the nursery books and even now is considered as kids favorite.
